Aashita Foundation has been duly registered under Section 12A(a) of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961 and has also received tax exemption status under Section 80G(5)(vi) of the said Act until 31 March 2010 for donations made to it within India. Certificates regarding the tax deductibility of donations made in India can be issued by Aashita Foundation.

of German/Indian society who would be willing to serve on the board of
trustees of the Indian affiliate foundation, to provide their valued advice, and to
have their names associated with the project.
